Story
Dr. Vonda Wright, MD is a pioneering orthopedic surgeon, researcher, author, and fierce advocate for women’s health and performance. She is widely recognised for her work at the intersection of mobility, longevity, and redefining the way we age.
Raised by parents who aged with strength and purpose, Dr. Vonda developed a lifelong passion for exploring how science, movement, and mindset can shape a vibrant future. This foundation drives her mission to help people live strong and age powerfully.
With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Vonda has cared for more than 100,000 patients. She has led advancements in orthopedic care as the founding Chief of Sports Medicine at Northside Health System and the inaugural Medical Director of the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, serving elite athletes, dancers, and high performers. She holds a master’s in oncology nursing, earned her MD at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and completed her orthopedic residency and sports medicine fellowship at top-tier institutions.
A sought-after speaker and media voice, Dr. Vonda is known for translating complex science into bold, actionable insights—empowering people to stay active, strong, and unbreakable at every stage of life.
